1. How do I register as a member?
You can register as a member via online by filling in a registration form.
Please ensure that your email is active and the password is not less than 5 characters.
After submitting the application form, a security tag will be sent to your mobile phone,
therefore, please make sure that you have keyed in the correct mobile number during registration.
The SMS received for the security tag will be charged RM0.30 (currently free of charge).
The security tag is only applicable for first time log in only. After keying the security tag,
you can start using to post your advertisement
online.

2. What if I have forgotten my password?
You can request a new password by typing in your email address and your password will be sent
to the email keyed in.

3. How do I advertise on your website?
Please refer to the posting guide available on the website.

4. What are the charges like for each advertisement?
Each advertisement has different charges.
For a text only advertisement, each of the advertisement will be charged at RM3 (currently free of charge)
whereas an advertisement with picture attached will be charged at RM5 (currently free of charge).
If you are an agent or developer who is interested in advertising on our website,
please contact our sales personnel for more information.

5. How will I be charge for each advertisement posted?
There are 2 ways of posting your advertisement, through online or mobile phone
If you are posting an advertisement through online, fill in all the details of the advertisement
and click on the "Submit" button.The fee of the advertisement will be charged when
you receive a SMS with a security tag on your mobile phone. Enter the security tag to post your advertisement.
If you did not receive any SMS containing the security tag, please check your mobile phone credit balance
(for pre-paid users). Otherwise, request for the security tag again by clicking on the "Resend" button
at the side of the security tag box.
If you are posting an advertisement through your mobile phone, type the message and insert picture
(if you are posting a picture classified) and send it to 36188.
Please ensure that you have enough credit balance (for pre-paid users) to post the advertisement.
A confirmation SMS will be sent to you if the advertisement has been successfully posted online
online and we will deduct the advertisement fees from your mobile number's credit balance.
If you did not receive any confirmation message, it means that the advertisement has not been posted online
and no charge is incurred.

6. How long will my advertisement be valid?
Your advertisement is valid for 7 days.
After 7 days, your advertisement will be expired and taken out from the website.

7. Can I re-post the same advertisement which has expired?
Yes, by reactivating it through online. You can re-post the same advertisement by clicking:
Account Summary-> Manage Advertisement-> Expired Text Ads / Expired Picture Ads
and select the advertisements to be reposted and click on the "Renew" button.
A SMS will be sent to your mobile number containing the security tag. The security tag is
compulsory for before the advertisement is submitted. The SMS will be charged at the advertisement cost.
