1. What personal information do we collect?
In general, when you visit our websites and access information you remain anonymous. Before we ask you for
information, we will explain how this information will be used. We will not provide any of your personal
information to other companies or individuals without your permission.
Some of our sites require registration to access, although typically all that's requested is an e-mail address,
your mobile number and some basic information about you. This allows us to process and fulfill your request.
homey.com.my does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to others. homey.com.my may provide
aggregate statistics about our customers, sales, traffic patterns, and related site information to reputable
third-party vendors, but these statistics will include no personally identifying information.
Some personal information is gathered when you register. During registration, we ask for your name, email
address and mobile number. The system will also ask for your street address, city, state/province, zip/postal
code, country, telephone number, although only fields that are marked with an asterisk (*) on the registration
field are required. This information is used solely to assist you in navigating the system by automatically
filling in certain forms (such as the ad posting form) with your information so that you don't have to
continually re-enter it. Once you register you are no longer anonymous to homey.com.my classifieds - you have
a username and are able to take full advantage of the many offerings of the homey.com.my classifieds.
In addition to registration we may ask you for personal information at other times, including (but not limited
to) when you place ads or take advantage of the other features of the homey.com.my classifieds. If you contact
us, we may keep a record of that correspondence.

2. Use of cookies
As part of offering and providing customizable and personalized services, the homey.com.my classifieds may
use cookies to store and sometimes track information about you. A cookie is a small amount of data that is
sent to your browser from a web server and stored on your computer's hard drive. Several features of the
homey.com.my classifieds require that you accept cookies in order to work properly.
Advertising networks that serve ads onto the homey.com.my classifieds may also use their own cookies.
The homey.com.my classifieds may also collect IP addresses for system administration and to report
aggregate information to our advertisers.

3. How you can access, update or delete your information&
We will provide you with the means to ensure that your personal information is correct and current. You may edit
or delete your user profile at any time logging in with your email address and go to "Account Summary " and
"Manage Profile ". Once you have logged onto the system during a given session, wherever you go on
the homey.com.my classifieds, your information will be changed once you have click the "Update Profile"
button.
If you are a previously registered user and you have lost or forgotten your password, you may obtain it by email
by using our "Forgot Password" feature. Click the button on any login page to request that your password be
emailed to you. We cannot provide your password by any other means.
Your homey.com.my classifieds account can be deleted, but doing so will result in not being able to access any
of the features of the program that require user registration.

4. How homey.com.my classifieds protects children's privacy?
Homey.com.my classifieds is a general audience web site. Children should always ask a parent for permission
before sending personal information to anyone online. We do not share personal information about users
under the age of 13 with third parties and we do not sell or rent personal information about any of our
users, regardless of age. In addition, we will not send any direct email offers to users who indicate they are
under the age of 13.

5. Changes to policy
Sin Chew reserves the right to change this policy at any time by notifying guests of the existence of a revised
privacy policy.
